Pharmacy Care Technician – Remote (Any Location)
Schedule:
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST, with one closing shift (11:30 AM – 8:00 PM CST) every other week and every 8th Friday. work flexible hours between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST, Mon–Fri. About the Role: Join the Clinical Engagement Services Center team, supporting a range of clinical programs including Adherence, Diabetes, MTM, Poly Pharmacy, and more. Work in a call center environment to schedule pharmacist consultations and support daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Schedule pharmacist consultations for clinical programs. Maintain patient privacy and comply with HIPAA. Document provider feedback and manage fax queues. Handle PHI incidents and returned mail per SOPs. Deliver excellent customer service on calls. Support department operations and participate in meetings. Assist with User Acceptance Testing and other assigned duties. Required Qualifications: 18+ years of age. 1+ year of remote work experience in a cross-functional team. Licensed pharmacy technician in state of residence. Ability to work flexible hours between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST, Mon–Fri. Call center experience (inbound/outbound). National Pharmacy Technician Certification. Bilingual in Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, or Vietnamese.
