Join us as a Performance Marketing Manager (Social & Programmatic) at Qonto and take ownership of our paid social channels—Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic and Outbrain—focusing on the German market. You will influence Qonto’s growth by driving efficient customer acquisition through structured testing and CRO, and by exploring new strategies to increase acquisition. Your strategic insights and hands-on execution will lead cross-functional, global initiatives that scale performance marketing impact and strengthen Qonto’s presence in the German fintech space. You’ll be working alongside Teresa and Guillaume, our Global Head of Paid Acquisition & Demand Generation and our Lead Paid Acquisition Germany, to redefine the financial solution landscape for SMEs and freelancers. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will: Manage and optimize
performance marketing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic and Outbrain on our German market, and soon our Dutch market. Develop and implement test-driven acquisition strategies
tailored to Central Europe. Collaborate closely with local marketing teams , data, design, and content stakeholders, as well as other Paid Acquisition Managers, to translate local insights into scalable paid social strategies. Analyze funnel performance with a focus on conversion and contract-sign stages , running structured experiments to improve CVR and CPA. Take ownership of
performance marketing
projects and tactical initiatives , driving SME lead acquisition and ensuring alignment with channel best practices and country-specific goals. Take ownership and manage a
multi-million euro
performance marketing budget , maximizing acquisition in Germany and ensuring efficient scale across campaigns. What you can expect A fast-paced environment

You have between 4 and 7 years of experience in
performance marketing, with a focus on display, video and social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Outbrain, DV360), including audience building, creative testing and bid/budget strategies. Bonus: Mobile & App advertising. You possess strong analytical skills
to drive data-informed decisions enhancing campaign performance. You are well versed in setting up experiments , with a proven ability to conduct robust A/B tests, conversion lift studies and geo-tests to optimize our social funnel. You have a proven track record in managing budgets
and developing effective campaign strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management
abilities, comfortable in an international setting. Innovative thinker
