We have an outstanding career opportunity for an
Inside Sales Account Manager
to join a leading Company located in the
Miami, FL
surrounding area. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets by focusing on new and existing clients, coordinating with various departments such as marketing and production, analyzing sales data to understand market trends, and monitoring competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. The candidate will have a degree in business or a related field, strong inside sales management experience (preferably in a technical sales environment) and communication skills, a strong ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and specific knowledge of the textile industry and the manufacturing sector.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals within a designated region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Monitor competitor activity and analyze sales data to forecast demand and identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, production, and shipping, to ensure customer needs are met.
Report to management on sales performance and strategies.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
A degree in business or a related field is often beneficial.
A strong understanding of sales principles and proven ability to drive revenue.
Technical sales environment experience.
Excellent skills in communicating with clients and negotiating deals.
Experience in growing business volume and expanding market share.
Ability to analyze sales data, understand market trends, and make informed forecasts.
Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
