Salesforce is seeking Account Executives with a strong technical background and expertise in AI-driven solutions. In this role you will drive revenue growth, encourage enduring client relationships, and apply innovative technology to redefine customer engagement. Salesforce Agentforce is highlighted as our flagship AI solution for real-time data analytics and AI-enabled customer interactions. What You’ll Be Doing
Employ your sales knowledge, with new technologies and AI modeling, to identify and position Agentforce opportunities with potential customers. Collaborate with Salesforce Sales teams to drive Agentforce growth at current and new customers. Articulate how the Salesforce Product stack (especially Agentforce) can deliver tailored solutions that transform customer engagement while fitting existing architectures. Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze business problems and demonstrate how Agentforce can deliver impact at scale. Source and qualify Agentforce opportunities that fit our ideal customer profile. Lead discovery conversations to uncover critical business needs and demonstrate how Agentforce can be a solution. Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to assess client needs and demonstrate Agentforce as a detailed and scalable solution. Craft and present Points of View (POVs) that illustrate the tangible value of Agentforce across technical and business stakeholders. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales process. Highlight how solutions align with clients’ long-term strategic objectives. Present compelling Agentforce use cases that resonate with buyers by combining discovery with your own perspective. What You Should Have
10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within highly technical environments. Deep understanding of AI and ML concepts, experience with the agent platform, configuring and connecting agents into existing flows, automation, APIs, etc. Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform (Sales, Services, Marketing, Data Cloud). Ability to map client needs to Salesforce’s offerings through in-depth discovery. Strong technical selling skills including explaining AI models and solutions to non-technical clients and translating AI capabilities into business outcomes. Proven track record of surpassing sales targets in technical sales environments. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a technology sales background. Skill-Set/Technologies
Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds), technical sales, negotiation techniques, Cloud Data Warehouse technologies, Cloud infrastructure, Predictive and prescriptive modeling techniques, Business Intelligence (Tableau). Salesforce Data Cloud. Characteristics
Ability to articulate complex AI-driven solutions to a mix of customers with technical depth and sales depth. Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales goals. Business-focused outlook translating technical solutions into business value. Strong relationship-building skills and extensive sales experience. Curiosity and problem-solving mindset with experience in technology sales. Technical skills to understand sophisticated solutions and communicate value to business and technical partners. Creative, agile, and hands-on approach.

For New York-based roles, the base salary range is $107,350 to $231,200. For Colorado-based roles, $97,550 to $210,200. For Washington-based roles, $107,350 to $231,200.
