What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Apply and operationalize workflows, roles, and business processes during the rollout of the UNICARE initiative
Gather, assess, and prioritize user needs, translating them into actionable specifications for system development
Develop a global rollout roadmap, coordinating inputs and preparing phased implementation plans
Provide hands‑on support to country offices during pilot and rollout phases, ensuring smooth adoption of the UNICARE system
Develop a data analysis framework to structure and report feedback data in UNICARE dashboards
What is Required (Qualifications):
Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, International Development, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in business process analysis or program systems management, preferably in international development or humanitarian contexts
Proven experience supporting the rollout of Complaints and Feedback Management systems at various operational levels
Strong background in business requirements gathering and workflow documentation
Excellent stakeholder engagement and coordination skills, with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with data analysis frameworks and dashboard development
Experience developing user‑friendly guidance materials for field‑level use
Solid understanding of safeguarding, accountability to affected populations, and data protection principles
