What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead investigations into internal and external theft, fraud, and policy violations
Conduct compliance audits and physical inventory assessments
Leverage data and reporting tools to identify risk patterns and prevent loss
Coach field teams on compliance, safety, and security standards
Collaborate with District and Regional Leaders to assess vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in business, criminal justice, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 1 year of experience in Loss Prevention, Investigations, or a related field
Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
High integrity and sound judgment, with the ability to manage confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LP analytics software, and CCTV systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Interview & Interrogation Certification with a proven record of successful case resolution
Ability to travel overnight as required (up to 75% travel)
Experience conducting special projects that identify root causes of risk
