What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead investigations into internal and external theft, fraud, and policy violations
Conduct compliance audits and physical inventory assessments
Utilize data and reporting tools to identify risk patterns and prevent loss
Coach and educate field teams on compliance, safety, and security standards
Collaborate with District and Regional Leaders to implement corrective actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in business, criminal justice, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 1 year of experience in Loss Prevention, Investigations, or related field
Interview & Interrogation Certification strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight as required (up to 75% travel)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Proven record of successful case resolution in loss prevention
Proficiency in LP analytics software and CCTV systems
Experience working with leaders at various organizational levels
