Familiarity with various parts relating to rotating/turbo equipment. Oversees production scheduling, quality control, and team supervision to ensure optimal workflow and timely delivery of products. Foster strong customer relationships by managing service operations, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication. Ability to expertly comprehend complex drawings and procedures on various types of rotating equipment including centrifugal, gear, and screw compressors; hot gas and nitric acid expanders; steam turbines & TTVs, etc. Familiarity with welding / fabrication of major sub-components, and knowledge of rotating elements & principles of low-speed balancing. Set up and performing hydro or gas leak tests. Communicate with supervision, crafts, and Project Managers during the inspection and repair process. Qualifications
