Under the general direction of the Business Development Manager, the Business Development Analyst (AGPA) acts as coordinator for digital technologies and web applications used in the Sales & Marketing units of the California Lottery. This position will analyze user and sales databases, as well as create presentations using data implementation into presentation tools. The AGPA will work closely with Lottery field employees to enhance communication between field sales and California Lottery retailers. Desirable Qualifications Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing, including experience delivering compelling proposals, reports, and status updates to various audiences.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills that drive buy-in from external stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills. Solid understanding of sales tracking metrics, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data.

Comprehensive knowledge and professional command of the sales process.

Experience using technology (including smartphones, tablets, and computers) to facilitate communications in-office and out in the field.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. Excel will be a weighted point for this DQ.

Past usage of sales technologies including Customer Relationship Management software or similar.

Bilingual skills are desirable, but not required.
