Project Manager (Construction and Logistics) NF-04. This position is located at Technical Services Branch, Fort Bragg, NC. The role is posted by U.S. Army MWR. Responsibilities

Manages the coordination and accomplishment of the plans, scope, design, construction, budget, and direction of assigned lodging engineering and construction projects. Implements command decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy in the development of the project plan. Provides project management functions for major NAF construction, renovation projects, and multiple minor constructions where no DA or DPW project management support is provided. Responsible for provision of general supply and support services to the operating level activities with Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (DFMWR). Performs the full range of supervisory personnel management duties for subordinate employees. Requirements

Conditions of employment

Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required. Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. A one-year probationary period may be required. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check. Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation. Ability to work an irregular schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and split-shifts. Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Must have successfully completed a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university that led to a degree in professional engineering and have work experience managing engineering projects. A combination of education and experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. Work experience is project management experience related to engineering and the duties of the position. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered “Highly Preferred” or “Best Qualified”: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in construction and logistics. Experience working with Military or NAF/MWR programs.
