What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Identify and capitalize on revenue expansion opportunities within high-potential enterprise accounts
Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with existing customers to uncover additional use cases and opportunities
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
Develop and implement strategic account plans focused on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
Enterprise software sales experience with a strong track record in customer expansion and account management
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders
Extensive knowledge of the data technology landscape, focusing on solution-based selling
Proven ability to drive revenue growth within existing accounts
Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on executing long-term strategic account plans

Experience with data integration, databases, ETL, or business intelligence technologies
