What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive growth by identifying and capitalizing on revenue expansion opportunities within high-potential enterprise accounts

Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions

Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with existing customers to uncover additional use cases for cross-sell and up-sell initiatives

Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, including C-level executives

Develop and implement strategic account plans focused on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth

What is Required (Qualifications):

Enterprise software sales experience, with a strong track record in customer expansion and account management

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders

Extensive knowledge of the data technology landscape, focusing on solution-based selling

Proven ability to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Exceptional organizational skills for building and executing long-term strategic account plans

Experience with data integration, databases, ETL, or business intelligence technologies

A resilient, proactive problem solver with creative challenge resolution skills

High energy and enthusiasm with a customer-first mentality

Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
