Sales: Understand organizational objectives and collaborate with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to align with Company priorities and values; endorse, model and develop the team to deliver Coach’s Selling and Service expectations; enforce sales strategies and growth across all categories; adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to contribute to store and financial results; leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to deliver strong metrics; monitor clienteling in partnership with store leadership; act as a brand ambassador to drive loyalty and community engagement. Operations: Manage daily tasks per Coach standards; maintain a calm, professional demeanor; ensure interior and exterior upkeep in coordination with the corporate office; use retail systems and reporting tools to inform decisions; adhere to all Coach policies including POS and operations procedures; coordinate with Store Manager(s) to adjust store strategies and functions. Team Development: Coach, develop and motivate the team to meet goals; delegate and empower others; provide regular feedback and set short- and long-term goals; support continuous learning and performance development. Qualifications

Experience: 1-3 years of retail experience (cashier/stock/sales), preferably in luxury retail; knowledge of fashion trends and market competition. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Technical: Proficient with cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, internet); able to use walkie-talkies; read price and product release sheets. Physical: Ability to work at a fast pace; communicate effectively; maneuver on the sales floor and stock areas; capable of climbing, bending, kneeling; able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds for product shipments. Schedule

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays with high retail traffic and sales days. Base Pay and Benefits

Base pay range:

$16.00

to

$24.00
