Job Description: Sales Associate The Sales Associate role is integral to the store’s success and efficiency, focusing on delivering Coach’s Service and Selling Models, creating a positive first impression, building ongoing customer relationships through a personalized experience, and leaving a lasting, positive impression. Responsibilities

SALES FLOOR: Understands company objectives and makes decisions aligned with priorities. Take ownership of personal and store metrics and develop personal sales and clienteling strategies with management. Create short- and long-term plans to achieve personal targets. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and demonstrate selling and service expectations at all times. Be aware of local market changes and support local sales strategies. Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining productive relationships. Communicate fashion knowledge, stay current with pricing and promotions, discuss product features, and leverage cross-selling opportunities. Build credibility as a personal fashion advisor and understand competition. Follow up with customers to influence/close sales. Foster a team selling environment and maintain a calm, professional demeanor. OPERATIONS: Complete daily tasks without impacting service standards. Maintain the selling floor and backroom to Coach standards, manage POS operations, and uphold visual merchandising. Ensure store cleanliness and organization. Replenish inventory and follow Asset Protection procedures. Support inventory processes, cash-wrap, and customer transactions as needed. Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or fashion. Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), use of walkie talkies, and ability to read price/product release sheets. Physical: Ability to work at a fast pace; ability to maneuver the sales floor, inventory, and backroom; ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds for shipment handling; ability to climb, bend, and kneel as needed. Schedule: Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays with peak retail traffic. Our Competencies

Work Setup and Compensation: Base pay range $15.00 to $17.00 hourly. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; 401(k) plan; paid time off.
