Associate Director Commercial Marketing S&P Dow Jones Indices

As a vital member of the S&P Dow Jones Indices global marketing team, this position drives awareness and adoption of S&P DJI offerings and index‑linked products, with a focus on Account Based Marketing (ABM) and Partner Marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Drive market share revenue and lead generation by aligning marketing activities with commercial outcomes.
Support day‑to‑day coordination, development, and execution of ABM/partner marketing strategies in North America.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create co‑marketing initiatives that drive mutual growth and enhance market presence.
Develop tailored marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with S&P DJI commercial priorities.
Oversee partner marketing performance, analyse metrics, and inform decision‑making for internal and external stakeholders.
Partner directly with sales and product management to ensure alignment and achieve strategic commercial outcomes.
Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience in financial services in a B2B/B2B2C environment (index provider, exchange, fund, ETF issuer, brokerage, or wealth manager).
Foundational understanding of indices and index‑based products and the overall investment management landscape.
Strong client‑relationship management and communication skills with experience in ABM/partner marketing and product marketing.
Self‑starter with experience reporting commercial results and translating strategic plans into operational campaigns.
Excellent project/program management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple business needs effectively under tight deadlines.
Ability to engage with C‑suite and stakeholders across the organization.
Forward‑thinking, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to identify and leverage opportunities within the S&P DJI opportunity set.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
