Job Description And Duties

Please follow the link for more information regarding the 2025 Personal Leave program. http://hrmanual.calhr.ca.gov/Home/ManualItem/1/2113 Under the direction of the Administrator I within the Business Services Unit, the analyst performs a variety of tasks in support of the varied and complex functions within the Business Services Unit. Working closely with internal customers, vendors, and subject matter experts to prepare accurate reports, supporting documentation, and update management on industry standards and changing regulations. Serve as a liaison between Franchise Tax Board (FTB) and external agencies such as Department of General Services (DGS), Secretary of State (SOS), Cal Recycle, and State Controller’s Office (SCO). Works with management and senior staff to identify, design, enhance, and maximize Business Services enterprise services including SharePoint and self-service options.
