Job Description and Duties Under the supervision of a Licensing Program Manager in the Community Care Licensing Division, Adult and Senior Care Program, the Licensing Program Analyst is responsible for a full range of licensing duties which may include: developing and implementing orientations/training programs; performing on-site facility evaluations; investigating complaints in licensed and unlicensed facilities; recommending and preparing administrative actions to deny, revoke, or suspend facility licenses.
