What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Ensure accurate billing of customers for services rendered
Prepare, issue, and distribute invoices electronically
Communicate with customers to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with other departments to resolve client and vendor‑related issues
Support month‑end close activities, including customer revenue review and deferred revenue allocation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven ability to take direction and collaborate effectively with leadership
Proficiency in Windows OS and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
TPA (Third Party Administrator) experience
Prior experience in the banking or health insurance industries
Familiarity with financial and TPA systems; experience with NetSuite, Qiclink, and Javelina
