Solutions Engineer – Custom Automation & Robotics We are seeking a
Solutions Engineer
to support the design, development, and delivery of custom automation and robotics solutions. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys collaborating directly with clients, conceptualizing solutions, and turning complex requirements into practical, implementable designs. Benefits

Work closely with clients to understand operational needs, challenges, and goals. Develop conceptual and practical solutions for custom automation and robotics systems. Prepare technical quotes, including materials, equipment, and labor requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, specify, and optimize automation solutions. Travel to customer sites to support presentations, requirements gathering, and project assessments. Assist in planning and coordinating project implementation with internal engineering and production teams. Maintain awareness of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in robotics and automation. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams. Hands-on understanding of robotics, automation, and industrial equipment. Ability to create and present proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimates. Comfortable traveling to customer sites as required (~20%). Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed. Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering , or related field. Experience in
custom automation, robotics, or industrial equipment solutions . Previous exposure to quoting, solution design, or technical consulting preferred. Familiarity with system integration, materials selection, and process design a plus. Location
Atlanta, with travel required to client sites across the region. Seniority level
