Compensation Transformation Project Manager This role is hybrid onsite in downtown Chicago. Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will serve as the project manager for the Compensation Workstream within a large, multi-workstream 2-year program to implement Oracle HCM. This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end planning, coordination, and facilitation of the Compensation workstream activities to successfully implement the Compensation module. The Compensation Transformation Lead will work closely with the HR Program Management Office (PMO), other workstream leads, and key stakeholders to deliver program outcomes on time, within scope, and within budget. Required skills

8+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards or HR transformation, with significant project or program management experience; ideally implementing Oracle HCM Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives within a multi-workstream program structure. Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, design, governance, and compliance. Excellent program management skills, including planning, governance, and execution. Experience with HR technology and Compensation administration platforms Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging market data and internal metrics.
