Overview

On-Site certified Service Now Architect (ServiceNow System Administrator/Implementation Specialist/PMP/ITIL/Agile) Location: Tallahassee, FL (On-site; no remote option). This is a fixed-fee/hourly based project/contract position with travel, lodging, per diem included. Estimated Start date: Jan 2026. Standard work hours up to 40 hours per week (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday). Weekend or after-hours work may be required on exception basis; if required, pay is at the hourly rate (not time and a half). Note: Local citizens are encouraged to apply. Oversee ServiceNow product development from planning through implementation and post-deployment support. Manage product development timelines, feature delivery, and release schedules; translate business requirements into actionable development and delivery plans. Monitor and report on product performance, risks, and readiness for release. Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with enterprise architecture, developers, and business owners; facilitate collaboration and drive delivery objectives. Define, implement, and monitor application governance policies for ServiceNow modules and integrations; ensure consistent standards across development, testing, deployment, and retirement. Provide platform governance for ServiceNow configuration, enhancement, and integrations; ensure adherence to best practices and API integrations. Oversee CMDB structure, data quality, governance, and ServiceNow Discovery tool implementation (asset discovery, data validation, integration). Support Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery processes (backlog grooming, sprint planning); coordinate priorities with stakeholders and adjust delivery plans as needed. Ensure compliance with government IT governance requirements (Florida IT rules 60GG-1 through 60GG-5, F.A.C.) and align with enterprise architecture, accessibility, and security standards. Communicate technical and functional information clearly to business owners, leadership, and technical teams; present functionality, performance metrics, delivery progress, and risk mitigation plans; facilitate training for users impacted by ServiceNow changes. Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance; collect and integrate user feedback; monitor deliverables for adherence to project standards and best practices. Maintain documentation of ServiceNow configuration, CMDB structures, and Discovery processes; produce regular project and product status reports; document lessons learned and recommendations for future enhancements. Provide customer-facing and training support as needed; coordinate with business teams and end-users for onboarding related to new ServiceNow capabilities. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / MIS, Business Administration (IT focus), Information Technology, or equivalent work experience. Required Certification: ServiceNow System Administrator Certification. Preferred Certifications (optional): Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ServiceNow; Project Management Professional (PMP); ITIL Foundation or Agile/Scrum. Experience: Minimum 12-15 years in IT product development with experience in managing product development timelines, release planning, feature delivery, and post-deployment support; minimum 5 years leading complex, multi-team delivery in high-tech or government environments. Proven ServiceNow development, implementation, and enhancement experience (workflows, modules, integrations); CMDB & Discovery tool oversight experience; strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills. Work Timeframes

The selected individuals will occupy a full-time position, up to 40 hours per week, during standard business hours. Weekend or after-hours work may be required on exception basis. Other Information

H1B sponsorship not offered; only candidates authorized to work in the US will be considered. Background screening at Level Two standard; criminal history verification via state bureaus and E-Verify.
