Senior ServiceNow Product Manager with ServiceNow System Administrator Certification

Pay Base pay range: $80.00/yr - $85.00/yr (Base salary – actual will be based on skills and experience).
Scope of Work / Job Characteristics FDOR is seeking an Applications Architect to oversee, develop, and coordinate complex IT product and solution development initiatives for the ServiceNow platform. The selected candidate will work with stakeholders to manage delivery schedules, technical integration, and product performance, ensuring alignment with the Department’s business goals and technology standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing schedules, resolving delivery risks, and facilitating stakeholder alignment.
Support the transition of new capabilities into operations.
Coordinate delivery roadmaps with enterprise architecture and engineering teams.
Serve as liaison between business owners and technical teams, balancing business priorities with technical constraints and ensuring quality product delivery.
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years in IT product development and experience managing product development timelines, release planning, feature delivery, and post‑deployment support.
Minimum 5 years leading complex, multi‑team product or technology solution delivery in high‑tech or government environments.
Proven ServiceNow development, implementation, and enhancement experience, including workflows, modules, and system integrations.
Experience managing CMDB structure, data quality, and governance; experience with ServiceNow Discovery tool implementation.
Strong communication of complex technical information to business owners, leadership, and technical teams.
Required Certification
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with aligning ServiceNow products and enhancements with enterprise architecture principles and organizational standards.
Experience in prototyping, technical evaluation, solution testing, or validating releases for production readiness.
Experience integrating continuous improvement practices and incorporating user feedback into product enhancements.
Experience in large‑scale enterprise or government IT programs, including coordination of multi‑vendor teams.
Experience supporting business teams, end users, or training related to ServiceNow platform changes.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / MIS, Business Administration (IT focus), or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Certifications
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ServiceNow
Project Management Professional (PMP)
ITIL Foundation or Agile/Scrum certification
