Develop and implement AML and sanctions compliance programs tailored to clients\' specific needs and regulatory requirements Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential money laundering and sanctions risks and provide mitigation recommendations Review and enhance AML and sanctions policies, procedures, and controls for regulatory compliance and best practices Advise clients on the design and implementation of transaction monitoring and screening systems to detect and report suspicious activities and sanctioned entities Provide training and guidance to clients\' employees on AML and sanctions topics, including red flags and reporting obligations Conduct investigations and due diligence on high‑risk clients or transactions to evaluate potential violations Stay up to date with AML and sanctions regulations, industry trends, and emerging risks; advise clients on program adjustments Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (legal, risk management, technology) to integrate AML/sanctions controls across the organization Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients\' senior management and regulators as needed Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in finance, business, law, or a related field 1+ years of AML and sanctions compliance experience within financial services or consulting Knowledge of BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, FATF recommendations Understanding of AML/sanctions typologies, risk assessment methodologies, and transaction monitoring systems Experience designing and implementing AML/sanctions programs for financial institutions or multinational corporations Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills Professional certifications such as CAMS or CFCS are highly desirable Experience with data analytics tools for AML investigations is a plus Compensation & Benefits
