Overview
Job title: HRIS Manager. Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote after onboarding). Compensation: $115,000 to $135,000 annually + 10% target bonus. About Our Client

Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert, managing system configuration, workflows, and user access. Lead system implementations, enhancements, and data integrations to improve process efficiency and accuracy. Oversee HR system integrations and data transfers across multiple platforms and vendors. Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain seamless API and file-based integrations. Ensure data consistency, compliance, and security across HR systems. Create and manage HR reports and dashboards using ADP and other analytics tools. Provide system training, documentation, and user support for HR and related teams. Identify process improvements and recommend new technologies to enhance overall HR operations. Qualifications
7+ years of HRIS experience, including 5+ years in a management role overseeing direct reports. 5+ years of hands-on experience with
ADP Workforce Now . Proven track record leading
HRIS integrations , particularly related to mergers or acquisitions. Working knowledge of
HR processes
such as payroll, benefits, and compliance. Experience with integration tools like
Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi
(preferred). Proficient in
SQL, Excel , and HR data reporting. Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills. 1+ year of experience with
Paylocity
