HRIS Manager – Drive HR Technology Innovation Located 45 minutes north of Nashville, TN. TRC's client, a global leader in solar and energy storage solutions, has a direct-hire opportunity for an HRIS Manager. Responsibilities
Own design, optimization, and governance of HR technology platforms to support HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams. Ensure data integrity, drive automation, and turn complex information into actionable insights for leaders. Perform system configuration, auditing, and report creation; manage integrations between HR systems and key business tools. Lead HR tech projects, resolve issues with vendors, and champion user adoption through training and documentation. Qualifications
Experience with Paycom or other HRIS platforms; familiarity with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or other systems is valued. Strong technical expertise and business insight; ability to connect people, process, and performance. Problem-solver with HR systems understanding. What’s In It For You
