Base pay range
$21.00/hr - $29.00/hr Responsibilities
Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; offer guidance and support regarding self-service technology; assist with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve member issues and concerns; and promote the company’s products and services. Assist management with supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training, and providing direction on member service approaches to resolve complaints according to company guidelines. Receive and stock supplies and merchandise; organize and maintain the sales floor; complete paperwork and required documentation according to company policies. Maintain facility safety, conduct safety sweeps, manage forklift procedures, dispose of hazardous materials according to guidelines, and report unsafe situations to management. Ensure merchandise presentation and floor maintenance, handle claims and returns, set up displays, and identify shrink and damaged merchandise; secure fragile/high-shrink items. Monitor product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards; manage merchandising area categories and cleaning across departments. Oversee picking and staging of club pick-up orders; ensure products are selected and staged according to policy and procedures. Develop, communicate, and implement processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; analyze information and identify opportunities for improvement. Demonstrate and promote compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics; support Open Door Policy; assist management with addressing ethical and compliance issues.
