Overview
Account Supervisor - Attractions, Tourism and the Arts. This position is in office in Fort Worth, Texas with a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing programs that yield the desired business results for clients. Maintain proactive communications with clients and management on account and project status. Own project management for all account initiatives to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations. Articulate and adhere to project directives and production guidelines. Collaborate with digital, creative, production, and other teams to facilitate client initiatives. Develop the positioning strategy for all creative projects and sell the creative brief to clients. Present the agency’s point of view to clients and internal stakeholders. Prepare or oversee accurate internal communications including reports and budgets. Identify strategic client opportunities and leverage planning resources for strategic account plans. Develop and coach direct reports and participate in Schaefer Talent Development program. Manage budgets and account profitability at the portfolio level. Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in a full-service marketing or advertising agency with strong background in account leadership and integrated campaign management. Understanding of conversion-focused strategies and linking marketing objectives to measurable outcomes. Experience leading account teams and overseeing multiple client relationships with strategic oversight and operational excellence. Experience guiding cross-functional teams (creative, media, production, strategy) to deliver cohesive, results-driven work. Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans. Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities within account teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; comfortable leading senior-level client conversations. Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with attention to detail. Professional, empathetic, and accountable in client and internal relationships. Adept at managing complex digital and traditional media campaigns with knowledge of paid media dynamics and performance metrics. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field (Master’s or certifications a plus). Benefits
