Senior Account Manager

Overview Senior Account Manager responsible for managing a roster of Attractions, Tourism and Arts clients, building strong relationships, and delivering top‑notch work while cultivating strategic thinking on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring on‑time delivery and budget compliance.
Develop and execute strategic brand positioning, media, and digital initiatives.
Take fiscal accountability for the account, including forecasting, billing, and budget management.
Collaborate with creative, media, production, and cross‑functional teams to deliver client initiatives.
Present creative/media briefs, decks, and executive updates to clients.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a full‑service marketing or advertising agency environment.
Demonstrated experience in conversion‑focused campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, from strategic development through flawless execution.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive presence.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
