Responsibilities
Manage a roster of Attractions, Tourism and the Arts clients with organized, self-sufficient, proactive account leadership. Maintain strategic focus and strong client relationships while delivering top-notch work.
Strategic Planning: identify strategic client opportunities and marketing initiatives; contribute to strategic business plans; support media efforts with the ability to sell, pitch, explain and guide execution.
Account Services: execute marketing programs that yield business results; maintain proactive client and management communication; own project management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; collaborate with digital, creative, and production teams; prepare briefs and client presentations.
Fiscal Accountability: manage project budgets and account profitability; participate in monthly client forecasting; work with production and accounting on billing and estimates.
Team and client leadership: collaborate with agency resources to develop strategic directions and drive client initiatives; maintain a high level of client satisfaction and drive growth.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in a full-service marketing or advertising agency environment.
Demonstrated experience in conversion-focused campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously from strategic development through execution.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative, media, production); strong organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships through proactive communication and trust.
Creative, strategic thinker with curiosity and initiative; excellent written and verbal communication; professional, persuasive presence.
Collaborative team player with a positive, flexible attitude; adaptable to changing priorities; motivated to grow within a high-performing team.
Working knowledge of digital media and paid campaign fundamentals; ability to communicate between internal teams and clients (digital fluency required; media not directly managed).
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
