Vice President of Sales
to lead the commercial organization, drive revenue growth, and strengthen strategic client relationships. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building teams, creating structure, and scaling sales performance across a growing product portfolio. What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that supports short- and long-term growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction. Lead, coach, and expand a high-performing sales team. Partner with marketing and finance to develop pricing, promotions, and go-to-market strategies. Present actionable sales insights and updates to executive leadership. Deliver measurable growth — targeting a 15–20% increase in total sales and 12–15% growth among key accounts. What You’ll Bring
10+ years of sales leadership experience, with proven success in driving growth. 7+ years in business development and strategic account management. Background in
retail food sales or food manufacturing
strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus). Experience leading teams in high-growth, performance-driven environments. Strong understanding of food industry channels — supermarkets, club stores, and distributors. Experience with
Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
systems is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
