Territory Sales Manager Territory Sales Managers for Swedish Match North America LLC manage all sales and operational functions within the assigned geography, selling and servicing Swedish Match’s products in retail stores. The role involves gaining new distribution, executing promotions, merchandising products, and ensuring product freshness in all assigned stores. Candidates must use data to develop fact‑based presentations for customers and follow a structured call process, while handling administrative duties such as expenses and point‑of‑sale materials.

Responsibilities

Sell and service Swedish Match products in retail stores in the assigned geography.

Gain new item distribution, execute promotions, and merchandise products, ensuring product freshness in all assigned stores.

Utilize data to develop fact‑based presentations for customers and follow the call process.

Handle all administrative aspects of the job, including expenses and point‑of‑sale materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or directly related work experience is required.

Requires some directly related work experience in non‑durable consumer goods sales.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Problem‑solving and ability to develop creative solutions.

Critical thinking, demonstrate the ability to think and act in selling situations.

Analytical skills, able to analyze data and develop a sales plan.

Planning skills demonstrate the ability to prioritize activities to achieve results.

Microsoft Office and business math skills.

The candidate must live within the geographical assignment.

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Annual Base Salary Range:

$60,000 – $80,000
