Partner with executive leadership to improve systems, streamline processes, and enhance reporting accuracy. Play a pivotal role in optimizing financial performance and supporting key business initiatives. Core Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP standards across all financial statements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies. Coordinate annual audits, tax filings, and other compliance requirements. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance; CPA preferred. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management or supervisory responsibility. Deep understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar). How to Apply
