We rotate between two locations: Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont, CO and Broomfield Hospital in Broomfield, CO. Epic EMR is utilized system-wide. Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered care in Hospital Medicine settings as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Collaborate with a physician-led medical group to deliver high-quality care. Maintain patient documentation and participate in care coordination and transitions. Requirements For Physician Assistants

Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado PA-C certification (NCCPA) maintained throughout employment Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid provider status; no sanctions or exclusions (HHS/OIG or GSA) Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges Prescriptive authority per medical staff privileging process Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or Red Cross) Requirements For Nurse Practitioners

Full or provisional prescriptive authority eligibility; must apply for prescriptive authority as a condition of employment Master's degree in Nursing and graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program ANCC or AANPCB certification required for hire and maintained Unrestricted NP license or compact privileges Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid provider status; no sanctions or exclusions Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Benefits
