Strategic Partner Development Senior Associate, Chrome AI, Ecosystem — Google This role may be located in Playa Vista, CA campus. The role focuses on growing the Chrome AI ecosystem through strategic partnerships and AI-driven initiatives. Responsibilities
Develop cross-product area partner initiatives and build go-to-market strategies to meet broader Google goals across changing industries. Ideate and drive agreements with potential partners and renewals/expansions for existing partners and build consensus with internal and external executives. Serve as the relationship manager for current agreements, helping realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building effective long-term relationships. Engage with internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences across markets and functional areas. Drive, shape and execute Chrome AI and product partnerships end-to-end, from initial strategy through close/launch. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries. Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. Experience managing agreements or partnerships. Preferred qualifications
Experience managing end-to-end partnerships. Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment. Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with partners. Excellent communication and influencing skills. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
