Senior Manager - Programmatic is responsible for leading the activation, management, and measurement of Brand and Performance Programmatic media channels that drive acquisition, expansion, and retention of millions of prospects and clients across the US. The Programmatic Trader supports personalized, omnichannel plans and uses data from various sources to optimize performance, maximizing in-market results and driving firm revenue. Through management of full funnel, omnichannel campaigns, they will oversee an annual media budget of $15M-$20M. What you'll do
Lead activation, management, and measurement of Brand and Performance Programmatic channels to acquire, expand, and retain clients. Develop and optimize omnichannel programmatic strategies that drive in-market results and revenue growth. Manage full funnel campaigns with a focus on performance and efficiency across national, local, and branch-level initiatives. Provide input and guidance on campaign design and innovation. Oversee targeting and media strategy to ensure campaigns deliver on-time and on-spec, meeting performance benchmarks and financial goals. Collaborate with Paid Media, Journey Orchestration, Content, and Agencies to deliver optimal performance solutions. Partner with Product and Data Modeling teams to improve operational efficiency and media performance. Communicate inventory needs to agencies to develop publisher partnerships and increase unique reach. Contribute to media planning to align programmatic initiatives with the overall media mix. Manage media agencies, technology partners, and performance marketing team members. Test and learn new programmatic strategies while minimizing impact on performance. Collaborate with other marketing channels to meet marketing objectives. Qualifications
Experience managing programmatic media budgets over $15M in DSP or Agency Ad Operations Digital native with a data-driven approach 10-12 years in marketing, with at least 4 years in performance marketing/programmatic media or digital optimization Deep knowledge of current programmatic media buying, industry terms, players, history, and technology Experience using relevant tools (Trade desk, DV360) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM) Experience supporting search in a multi-location business model (retail, franchise, etc.) Experience utilizing MMM or MTA models to measure offline conversions Creative, self-starter with ability to manage multiple high-profile projects Quantitative degree preferred (Mathematics, Economics, Statistics); bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred Candidates within commuting distance of Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO are expected to work in the office three days per week (Tue-Thu preferred) Benefits and employment details
