Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes for data integration, cleansing, harmonization, and transformation. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to implement data-driven AI solutions aligned with business objectives. Leverage tools such as Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and SQL databases to build scalable data solutions. Implement and maintain data fabric architectures for streamlined data access and performance. Identify opportunities for data optimization, quality improvement, and automation across the data lifecycle. Support deployment and integration of AI models, ensuring data quality and compatibility with analytics infrastructure. Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver timely analytics and reports. Required Skills And Experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, and data pipeline creation. Strong proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI. Expertise in data cleaning, harmonization, and complex data integrations. Solid understanding of data fabric concepts and related implementations. Hands-on experience building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines for AI and analytics. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven track record in agile, cross-functional team environments. Willingness to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs. Experience leading, mentoring, or people management; capable of guiding senior-level initiatives. Preferred Skills
Experience deploying data solutions within Azure AI / Azure ML environments. Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD) for data solutions. Azure Data Engineer certifications or related Microsoft certifications. Strong basis in business analytics and alignment of technical solutions with business goals. Active participation in data engineering and AI communities; staying current with trends. Experience in professional services or consultancy environments. Values and Compliance
