Position Overview Location: Remote (or onsite at Chula Vista, CA / Foley, AL / San Marcos, TX / Riverside, CA). Relocation assistance available. Travel up to 25% as needed. U.S. citizenship is required.

What You Will Do

Manage, integrate, and visualize data from ERP and other enterprise systems to support organizational objectives.

Collect, clean, and manage large datasets from manufacturing, engineering, and supplier quality systems.

Extract, transform, and maintain data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.

Develop and maintain SQL scripts, data pipelines, and automated workflows to enhance reporting efficiency.

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Power Apps, or Qlik Sense to present KPIs and quality metrics.

Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and areas for improvement.

Translate business and operational requirements into actionable insights and data visualizations.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including digital technology, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to understand data needs and provide analytical support.

Develop and deliver executive‑level reports and visuals to support leadership decision‑making and strategic initiatives.

Create and maintain comprehensive data documentation to ensure integrity, transparency, and accessibility.

Participate in on‑site and virtual meetings to review data, communicate findings, and drive data‑informed discussions.

Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and optimization for developed dashboards, tools, and data systems.

Continuously evaluate and improve data management processes by adopting emerging technologies and best practices in analytics and visualization.

Qualifications You Must Have

University degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 5 years of experience.

Experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

Advanced SQL skills in data management and manipulation.

Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Power Apps).

Qualifications We Prefer

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics (or equivalent experience).

Experience with statistical analysis software (Python, R, Minitab).

Ability to convey complex data and analytical insights to non‑technical audiences in a clear and actionable manner.

Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise data sources.

Experience in product production environments.

Experience working in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

Salary Salary range: $101,000 USD – $203,000 USD.
