Your daily routine focuses on client engagement and support, with a schedule typically Monday through Friday to support work-life balance. You will interact with a diverse range of clients, fostering empathy and teamwork while contributing to meaningful housing solutions. Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Social Services or a related field, with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in case management or customer service is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems to document information and track progress. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. Understanding of housing regulations and social services. Knowledge and Skills
