We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our 102-room Hampton Inn & Suites in Dallas/Duncanville. Position Overview
As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the hotel — ensuring profitability, exceptional guest service, team development, and strict brand compliance. This position requires an experienced leader with a strong sales and revenue mindset, someone who thrives on driving top-line results while effectively managing costs and inspiring a high-performance team. Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring operational and service excellence Develop and execute sales and revenue strategies to grow occupancy and ADR Build relationships within the community and drive local sales initiatives Collaborate with Hilton sales teams to maximize brand opportunities Manage budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and financial reporting Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven business decisions Ensure guest satisfaction through visible, hands-on leadership Maintain the property’s condition and direct maintenance or improvement projects as needed Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff, fostering a positive and accountable team culture Uphold all Hilton brand standards and regulatory compliance requirements Qualifications
