Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Litigation Paralegal to join our Legal team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will support attorneys in construction-related litigation, managing case documentation, conducting legal research, and ensuring efficient case progression. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, expertise in construction law, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve successful case outcomes. Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Additional compensation types
Annual Bonus Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in preparing construction litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials for disputes involving contracts and projects. Organize and maintain case files, evidence, and project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Conduct legal research on construction law, building codes, and case precedents using tools like Westlaw or LexisNexis to support case strategies. Coordinate with construction teams, external counsel, and clients to gather case information, schedule depositions, and facilitate trial or settlement processes. Requirements and Skills
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification from an accredited program. 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in construction litigation or related fields. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, disputes, and legal processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis). Seniority level
