LHH is partnering with a growing, service-oriented organization to identify a Regional HR Manager who can lead with both strategy and execution. This leadership role will oversee HR operations across multiple locations in Florida. The individual will collaborate with senior leadership and site managers to support HR infrastructure, drive compliance, and foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Manage all core HR functions across multiple sites, including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and performance management
Serve as a key HR partner to leadership teams to ensure consistency in people practices
Support recruitment, hiring, and retention strategies for hourly and salaried positions
Provide guidance on investigations, coaching, and policy enforcement
Maintain HR documentation and ensure legal/regulatory compliance across all sites
Lead or support training initiatives, safety compliance (OSHA), and employee lifecycle processes
Partner with payroll and benefits providers for accurate administration
Support ongoing efforts in org development, team engagement, and workforce planning
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
5+ years of HR experience, including multi-site or field-based responsibility
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or field service environments highly valued
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Schedule Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Travel Up to 30% within Florida, including occasional overnight visits to regional sites
Salary Range $90,000–$115,000 annually
