Manage, maintain, and intake new Service Manager requests. Develop workflows in System Center Orchestrator. Work with Cireson portal; maintain and update software; update JavaScript for service requests. Maintain, update, patch System Center, Orchestrator, and Cireson. Interact with staff and stakeholders to gather requirements and produce deliverables. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or Point of Contact (POC) for developing and managing processes related to the Service Manager environment. Recommend improvements in efficiency, reporting templates, structure, and productivity to leadership. Act as liaison between technical teams and management across stakeholder areas. Some after-hours project and platform support may be required. Qualifications

Current or recent experience with MS System Center; enterprise-level System Center environment. Experience with MS System Center Service Manager, Orchestrator; Active Directory; Windows Servers; Javascript; Cireson. Minimum 3 years in a development role supporting MS System Center. Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in MS Azure; 5 years of administrative experience in MS Servers. Minimum 3 years in an IT methodology framework (e.g., ITIL, MITA). Preferred: knowledge of PowerBI, SQL, HTML, XML, PowerShell; Healthcare experience; MS Server Admin Certifications. About
