This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Inside Sales Representative will handle daily tasks such as lead generation, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves identifying sales opportunities and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients. Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM tools Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on strategy and messaging Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales progress in CRM systems Resolves customer inquiries, issues, or concerns in a timely and professional manner Support the sales pipeline and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding quotas Qualifications

Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, and/or account management Strong skills in customer service and client satisfaction Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed Previous experience in the medical supply or healthcare industry is highly desirable Medville is an equal opportunity employer.
