Maintain and expand key accounts in Southern Italy; strengthen relationships with existing customers and build long-term partnerships. Increase customer satisfaction, identify new opportunities for collaboration, and contribute to regional growth. Work to maximize the potential of the current customer base and identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell where applicable. Qualifications
Strong B2B sales background, particularly in key account management and customer retention. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven. Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategy. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English and Italian; willingness to travel across Southern Italy; valid driving license. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing desirable; experience in the foam or industrial products sector; familiarity with Italian market dynamics, supply chain processes, and sales forecasting would be advantageous.
