Year 1 total on-target earnings around $102,000 with potential for more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings range from $105,000 to $125,000 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Base salary: $54,000. Base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental coverage Hybrid sales environment (home office and in-field work) Recognition and incentives including an annual President’s Club Trip Clear career path in both leadership and sales with high promotion potential Extensive training: 3 weeks classroom and 9 weeks field training, with ongoing company support Equal Opportunity
