Inside Sales Agent - Inbound Remote (Florida) Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of Florida. Applicants must reside within the specified location to be considered for this role. Base pay and compensation
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and commissions. Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn $85K+. Job details
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. Paid training in a remote work environment; licensing included if not already licensed. Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls; all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift. All computer equipment provided; remote-work requirements include a dedicated workspace and wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite or mobile internet is not supported. Qualifications
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills; ability to close sales. Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
