$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Pay Details

Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+. Position Details

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing. Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls, all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (e.g., 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift. All computer equipment is provided. Work-at-home requirements include a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported. Qualifications

2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales. Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty License required after hire. About Us
