Job Summary Build teams, boost culture, and drive excellence! As the Human Resources Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to operations while leading HR practices that support a high‑performing and inclusive workplace. From recruitment and onboarding to compliance and employee relations, you’ll shape the team experience across the venue.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or foodservice
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP)
PHR or SHRM‑CP certification preferred
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all venue HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
Support managers in performance management and workforce planning
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
Manage payroll processing, employee records, and benefits administration
Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
Promote Levy’s values of inclusion, diversity, and continuous development
