Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Our client, a manufacturing organization in Glen Mills, PA, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee and execute human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, and training and development. This leadership role acts as a coach, trusted advisor, and partner to the organization, linking management and employees to foster a positive work culture and support business growth. This role will be located in Glen Mills, PA with a hybrid schedule of 3-4 days onsite. Responsibilities

Coaching – Acts as a leadership coach to the functional management team and business leaders, enabling the delivery of key business results, partnering with managers to drive and foster employee engagement and a positive culture. Resource Management – Develops and delivers recruitment and brand strategy to attract top talent; oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent. Talent Management – Work with business leaders to implement and sustain succession planning for specific business units; lead succession planning process and talent reviews across the business. Development – Partner with O&LD to develop and execute training strategies aligned with business needs; identify training needs, support learning initiatives, and help managers create and implement development plans. Performance Management – Ensure effective implementation of the performance development review process across locations; provide training and coaching to managers as needed. Policies & Procedures – Collaborate with HR leaders to design and develop employee policies, practices, and procedures to support staffing, reward, recognition, and development while maintaining high employee satisfaction. Compensation & Benefits – Work with Total Rewards to attract and reward talent and support wellness initiatives aligned with corporate philosophy. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) are a plus. 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 4–5 years in a corporate executive office or HR business partner/management role. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HR metrics. Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and employees at all levels. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex HR situations. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
