Zurich North America is hiring a

Claims Specialist I, Auto PD

to join their Auto Claims Team. This role involves interpreting, investigating, and evaluating auto policies and coverage issues, as well as claims handling and best practices. You will manage auto liability property damage and comparative negligence losses for comprehensive/collision and auto liability property damage claims, owning your assigned claims end to end and resolving them according to best practices. You will build partnerships with customers and brokers. Work Model and Location

Occasional in-office attendance should be expected. The candidate selected for this opportunity should be able to report to one of the following North American Claims offices:

Atlanta, GA ;

Addison, TX ;

Schaumburg, IL ; or

Omaha . Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience in the Claims or Insurance area OR Completion of Zurich Claims Training Program and 2+ years of experience in the Claims or Insurance area OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree with 2+ years of experience in the Claims Handling or Insurance area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4+ years of experience in the Claims or Insurance area AND Prior experience in auto claims handling, insurance claims, or related customer service. Understanding of auto insurance policies, coverage, and state regulations. Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s). Customer service experience. Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets and products. Preferred Qualifications

Insurance industry terminology 3+ years of experience handling auto, property damage claims 3+ years of experience handling and comprehensive/collision claims Analytical and organizational skills Ability to multi-task Strong communication skills Adapt to a changing environment Compensation and Benefits

The compensation information is nationwide and not adjusted for geographic differences. The proposed salary range is

$48,600.00 - $79,500.00 , with a

10%
